The service was degraded on the Web Services platform (ws.universign.eu), with HTTP 502 and 503 responses for part of the requests, between 16:23 and 17:13.

No data has been lost or corrupted.

The transactions could be continued as soon as the incident ended.

After a period of increased surveillance, the incident was closed at 17:33
