We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the incident of 22/05/2019 at 14:00.

A change in the configuration of the database resulted in slower platform performance between 14:00 and 14:21.

During this time, connections failed, but no data was lost.

From 14:22, the situation is back to normal.

And after a period of monitoring, the incident was closed at 15:34.
